## Business Builder AI Toolkit™ – Additional Terms
The following additional terms apply to your use of the Business Builder AI Toolkit™ and supplement the Digital Profits HQ Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Toolkit-specific terms and the main Terms and Conditions, the main Terms and Conditions will apply unless expressly stated otherwise.
### Toolkit access
The Business Builder AI Toolkit™ is provided as part of, or in connection with, eligible Digital Profits HQ membership access.
Toolkit access is personal to the authorised member and may not be transferred, sold, shared or made available to another person.
You must not share your Digital Profits HQ or Toolkit login credentials or allow another person to use your account.
### Usage limits
Toolkit usage is subject to the limits communicated by Digital Profits HQ from time to time.
For the current version:
* you may generate up to **12 successful reports per day**; and
* you may generate up to **30 successful reports per calendar month**.
A successful report generation means an AI-generated report produced by one of the Toolkit’s available tools.
Regenerating or generating another version of a report counts as another report generation.
Usage limits may apply across the Toolkit rather than separately to each individual tool.
Digital Profits HQ reserves the right to modify reasonable usage limits in the future where necessary to maintain the service, manage costs or prevent misuse.
Reaching a usage limit does not remove your access to reports that have already been generated and saved.
### Your use of Toolkit outputs
You may use the recommendations, strategies, copy, plans, reports and other outputs generated for you through the Toolkit in your own business.
This includes using or adapting Toolkit outputs in your:
* website and sales materials;
* marketing and advertising;
* email campaigns;
* content;
* products and services;
* business planning;
* sales and customer-acquisition activities; and
* other legitimate activities connected with operating your own business.
You may edit, adapt, rewrite, combine or otherwise modify Toolkit outputs as appropriate for your business.
### Personal business use
Your Toolkit membership is provided for your own use in developing and operating your business.
You may **not** use the Toolkit to provide a report-generation, consultancy, agency, coaching or similar service to third parties.
This includes using your Toolkit access to systematically generate reports, strategies, copy or other materials for clients or other third parties as a paid or unpaid service.
You may not systematically reproduce, resell, license, redistribute or commercially exploit Toolkit reports or outputs as a standalone service for third parties.
If you wish to use the Toolkit in providing services to clients or other third parties, you must obtain our prior written permission or use a separate commercial or agency licence where one is made available.
### Your content
You retain ownership of the information, materials and other content that you provide to the Toolkit, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that content to the Toolkit and for its processing by the third-party services used to operate the Toolkit.
You should not submit confidential, proprietary, copyrighted or personal information belonging to another person or organisation unless you have the appropriate rights and permissions to do so.
### AI-generated outputs
Toolkit outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and may not be unique or exclusive to you.
Although you may use Toolkit outputs for your own business purposes as permitted by these Terms, Digital Profits HQ does not guarantee that any particular output is capable of copyright protection, is completely original, or does not resemble material generated for another user.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing and checking outputs before using them.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of any output does not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights of another person or organisation.
### Misuse
You must not use the Toolkit to:
* circumvent or manipulate usage limits;
* share or transfer Toolkit access to another person;
* attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Toolkit or its systems;
* interfere with the operation or security of the Toolkit;
* use the Toolkit to provide an unauthorised third-party service; or
* otherwise use the Toolkit in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or remove Toolkit access where we reasonably believe that an account has been misused or these Terms have been breached.
